Had my first appointment this past Thursday and the doctor I saw was pretty thorough and did well I think on finding a medication that works for me. I was on ritalin as a kid which worked then and she felt it would be a great start to my treatment now 20 some years later. Put me on 10mg twice a day and it's working

Long Time Patient - Leaving Now! I started using ADHD Online in 2020 and had a fabulous experience. A good doctor and responsive experience. However, since late 2022, the quality has plummeted. Doctors constantly changing and late to appointments. I am no longer able to get anyone on the phone. And the company is unresponsive to emails. Now the patient portal no longer works - no one will fix my issue. So I am struggling to get my script refilled. I believe the company is in financial crisis, as the sudden decrease in service demonstrates a company in trouble. So new customers/patients need to stay away.

What a wonderful service What a wonderful service! While I cannot speak on their treatment services, it was amazing to find a place to get tested and diagnosed without waiting 10 months to a year or longer. Or being told you’re “too old”. The whole process took about a day and they sent my results to my provider so I could work out a treatment plan with her.

This company preys on sick people and… This company preys on sick people and uses sneaky tackitics to make money off people who are looking for a solution to the issues life had tossed our way. I am so unbelievably frustrated. It took me years to reach out for help and being taken advantage of makes it all that harder to get help.

I did my assessment and got an… I did my assessment and got an appointment, the dr was on time. She was lovely, and I got medication prescribed. The thing is, don’t do it if you are taking any other meds or have any underlying conditions especially mental ones.
