Had my first appointment this past Thursday and the doctor I saw was pretty thorough and did well I think on finding a medication that works for me. I was on ritalin as a kid which worked then and she felt it would be a great start to my treatment now 20 some years later. Put me on 10mg twice a day and it's working

Zero customer support Zero customer support. Unless you call repeated automated responses stating they have received your request support. There's no way to contact your prescriber if there's a medication issue. Prepare to go without help for days or weeks. You can also wait on hold for hours if that's your thing, but even then your issue will go unresolved.

Absolutely devastated “M endorsed many characteristics of ADHD and meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ADHD based on this assessment and client report. Her diagnosis is as follows: Unspecified inattentive problem” A waste of time and money, and a giant heartache. Was given results that detailed all the ways I matched the DSM-5 perfectly, was denied anyway. I wish I’d seen these reviews first. Please don’t give this company your money, they take advantage of people who need help.

They are not trustworthy and reliable, they took my money and no one to do the delivery or my refund. They stopped replying to my messages aswell.
