GBDr Santiago was excellent Dr Santiago was excellent. She clearly listened to what I was trying to say and helped me to figure out a treatment plan that works for me. The whole website & portal is clear and easy to use. The pricing and restrictions are transparent and that too means I'm more trusting of the site

GBThis company preys on sick people and… This company preys on sick people and uses sneaky tackitics to make money off people who are looking for a solution to the issues life had tossed our way. I am so unbelievably frustrated. It took me years to reach out for help and being taken advantage of makes it all that harder to get help.

GBAffordable, Efficient, and Conscientious - Great Service I found the experience to be thorough, efficient, and helpful. The price was much more affordable than if I had gone to a local place to be evaluated. And I felt like the psychiatrist I met with was very thorough and took her time going through all my symptoms before she rendered her decision. She really listened and I could tell she cared. It was a great experience. Plus - locally I was told the wait list was 1.5 years OR just that they were too busy and not accepting new people at all. Without this service, I wouldn't have received help in a timely manner. Which means I would have struggled more to get through my grad classes.

GBGreat doctors, terrible customer service. Diagnosis was thorough, and my doctor is kind and very knowledgeable, but the customer service is garbage. They do not respond to emails 90% of the time, the wait times are absurd, it seems like they have one person on staff taking ALL phone calls at a time. With so many major pharmacies refusing to fill Rx from online doctors, you'd think they would make it a priority to know WHERE their patients could get meds filled, but instead you get stuck calling around all of your town trying to find somewhere with meds in stock. If they would hire more people and be more efficient with the customer service, it would be a great online system of care. But as it works now, it's pretty impossible to use.
