Great doctors, terrible customer service. Diagnosis was thorough, and my doctor is kind and very knowledgeable, but the customer service is garbage. They do not respond to emails 90% of the time, the wait times are absurd, it seems like they have one person on staff taking ALL phone calls at a time. With so many major pharmacies refusing to fill Rx from online doctors, you'd think they would make it a priority to know WHERE their patients could get meds filled, but instead you get stuck calling around all of your town trying to find somewhere with meds in stock. If they would hire more people and be more efficient with the customer service, it would be a great online system of care. But as it works now, it's pretty impossible to use.

Missed Appointment due to app issue- no refund I was not able to attend an appointment due to technical issues at the appointment time and immediately called, left a voicemail, and tried the livechat. But since it was past their "hours of operation" there was no one to assist and the live chat was just a bot. So I am out the money and did not get to see the provider. They offer no alternative methods of communicating with the provider if the technology fails and no admin or IT support after 5PM. What a waste of $169.

I had a great experience with… I had a great experience with adhdonline to be honest. Little expensive but everything went smoothly. Had my first appointment this past Thursday and the doctor I saw was pretty thorough and did well I think on finding a medication that works for me. I was on ritalin as a kid which worked then and she felt it would be a great start to my treatment now 20 some years later. Put me on 10mg twice a day and it's working

They are not trustworthy and reliable, they took my money and no one to do the delivery or my refund. They stopped replying to my messages aswell. What a wonderful service What a wonderful service! While I cannot speak on their treatment services, it was amazing to find a place to get tested and diagnosed without waiting 10 months to a year or longer. Or being told you’re “too old”. The whole process took about a day and they sent my results to my provider so I could work out a treatment plan with her.
