GBThis company preys on sick people and… This company preys on sick people and uses sneaky tackitics to make money off people who are looking for a solution to the issues life had tossed our way. I am so unbelievably frustrated. It took me years to reach out for help and being taken advantage of makes it all that harder to get help.

adhdonline is a scam adhdonline is a scam, They will take your money and stop replying to your messages. They are not trustworthy and reliable, they took my money and no one to do the delivery or my refund. They stopped replying to my messages aswell. I got my medication from Clifford 678 4O4 6I9I and I'll recommend for other sick people like me.

GBMissed Appointment due to app issue- no refund I was not able to attend an appointment due to technical issues at the appointment time and immediately called, left a voicemail, and tried the livechat. But since it was past their "hours of operation" there was no one to assist and the live chat was just a bot. So I am out the money and did not get to see the provider. They offer no alternative methods of communicating with the provider if the technology fails and no admin or IT support after 5PM. What a waste of $169.

GBI did my assessment and got an… I did my assessment and got an appointment, the dr was on time. She was lovely, and I got medication prescribed. The thing is, don’t do it if you are taking any other meds or have any underlying conditions especially mental ones.

GBSuper Unethical Company They ran an ad in Feb for a deep discount ($99 instead of $179) and indicated that the discount was a rare thing - so I paid full price to sign up for their assessment - WHICH I DID NOT NEED SINCE I ALREADY HAD A DIAGNOSIS - and then the same ad ran again in March. I very politely emailed and asked for a refund due to the confusion etc. and received a response saying "thank you for reaching out as we are always looking for ways to improve customer experience but we are not able to refund you" - which is such ridiculous language as you are ABLE to do whatever you want. Business practices that are un-empathetic, un-kind, and un-compassionate. Also, in that assessment I carefully detailed my medication dosage and how long I have been taking it and explained I am only looking for a new provider due to moving...and still, when I had my appointment ($199) I was told by the provider that she would not prescribe the same dose and would only prescribe a significant decrease, with a goal of decreasing more. So now I am out $378 and still don't have a prescription. It's so hard to move and get an ADHD prescription - you almost have to start all over, which is exhausting for people who are often already quite exhausted. Clearly they are not really thinking about their literal client base with their policies.
