Long Time Patient - Leaving Now! I started using ADHD Online in 2020 and had a fabulous experience. A good doctor and responsive experience. However, since late 2022, the quality has plummeted. Doctors constantly changing and late to appointments. I am no longer able to get anyone on the phone. And the company is unresponsive to emails. Now the patient portal no longer works - no one will fix my issue. So I am struggling to get my script refilled. I believe the company is in financial crisis, as the sudden decrease in service demonstrates a company in trouble. So new customers/patients need to stay away.

Missed Appointment due to app issue- no refund I was not able to attend an appointment due to technical issues at the appointment time and immediately called, left a voicemail, and tried the livechat. But since it was past their "hours of operation" there was no one to assist and the live chat was just a bot. So I am out the money and did not get to see the provider. They offer no alternative methods of communicating with the provider if the technology fails and no admin or IT support after 5PM. What a waste of $169.

Do not use this service Do not use this service. Did some digging on the psychologist who did my assessment, shes not licensed in her own state,her state denied it,because she did not do a proper residency.She came from one of those unaccredited/paper mill universities, where they hand out diplomas if you paid them enough. I saw she had a license in another state where she clearly did not qualify . This genuine fraud. If you were they "diagnosed" do not beileve and find a actual psychologist who comes from a accredited university and can practice locally in their home state.

I had a great experience with… I had a great experience with adhdonline to be honest. Little expensive but everything went smoothly. Had my first appointment this past Thursday and the doctor I saw was pretty thorough and did well I think on finding a medication that works for me. I was on ritalin as a kid which worked then and she felt it would be a great start to my treatment now 20 some years later. Put me on 10mg twice a day and it's working
