Do not use this service Do not use this service. Did some digging on the psychologist who did my assessment, shes not licensed in her own state, her state denied it,because she did not do a proper residency. She came from one of those unaccredited/paper mill universities, where they hand out diplomas if you paid them enough. I saw she had a license in another state where she clearly did not qualify . This genuine fraud. If you were they "diagnosed" do not beileve and find a actual psychologist who comes from a accredited university and can practice locally in their home state.

Absolutely devastated “M endorsed many characteristics of ADHD and meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ADHD based on this assessment and client report. Her diagnosis is as follows: Unspecified inattentive problem” A waste of time and money, and a giant heartache. Was given results that detailed all the ways I matched the DSM-5 perfectly, was denied anyway. I wish I’d seen these reviews first. Please don’t give this company your money, they take advantage of people who need help.

Affordable, Efficient, and Conscientious - Great Service I found the experience to be thorough, efficient, and helpful. The price was much more affordable than if I had gone to a local place to be evaluated. And I felt like the psychiatrist I met with was very thorough and took her time going through all my symptoms before she rendered her decision. She really listened and I could tell she cared. It was a great experience. Plus - locally I was told the wait list was 1.5 years OR just that they were too busy and not accepting new people at all. Without this service, I wouldn't have received help in a timely manner. Which means I would have struggled more to get through my grad classes.

Super Unethical Company They ran an ad in Feb for a deep discount ($99 instead of $179) and indicated that the discount was a rare thing - so I paid full price to sign up for their assessment - WHICH I DID NOT NEED SINCE I ALREADY HAD A DIAGNOSIS - and then the same ad ran again in March. I very politely emailed and asked for a refund due to the confusion etc. and received a response saying "thank you for reaching out as we are always looking for ways to improve customer experience but we are not able to refund you" - which is such ridiculous language as you are ABLE to do whatever you want. Business practices that are un-empathetic, un-kind, and un-compassionate. Also, in that assessment I carefully detailed my medication dosage and how long I have been taking it and explained I am only looking for a new provider due to moving...and still, when I had my appointment ($199) I was told by the provider that she would not prescribe the same dose and would only prescribe a significant decrease, with a goal of decreasing more. So now I am out $378 and still don't have a prescription. It's so hard to move and get an ADHD prescription - you almost have to start all over, which is exhausting for people who are often already quite exhausted. Clearly they are not really thinking about their literal client base with their policies.
