GB“Still waiting” 🤔 Bought the test on the strength of receiving test results, “ within a few working days “ as stated in their Amazon shop. Sadly reality is very different. My test began its journey on the 10th of July , on the 27th of July I received a reply to my email asking when I could expect my results saying that I needed to be patient!!! Today is the 2nd of August and the app is still showing analysing sample at the laboratory. Rather fed up of being patient now. I wouldn’t recommend cerascreen if you need fast results.

ZAHelpful Food Allergy Test I took the food allergy test and was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the process was. Shipping was a day or two slower than anticipated, but I can't complain about that during a pandemic. The instructions were clear, getting the blood sample wasn't really painful at all, and the results were quite informative. I got confirmation of an allergy that I knew of, and found out about a couple of foods I might be sensitive to that might explain some stuff.

GBDo not buy anything from Cerascreen Do not buy this or anything from Cerascreen! I ordered the Extensive Food Sensitivity + Allergy Test (252 foods). The lancets go in too deep for small hands and damaged my finger (used as instructed). My finger is still numb a month later where it poked it. I consumed a variety of foods even ones I have allergies to for almost a year before taking this test. The results showed zero allergens (though I have severe food allergies shown by labs the doctor did and my body's reactions) and showed the exact same percentage of reaction to the foods. This is not realistic. The test was not legit. I also requested a refund well before they even emailed saying they got the kit in the mail from me. They emailed back, ignored my request and said they were doing the lab anyway. Waste of money, time, and left with nothing but bodily damage. They do NOT have a way to contact them via phone! I wish I never used this company. Also they try to bribe your reviews.

GBDON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY I cannot recommend this company AT ALL. The only reason I am giving two stars versus one star is because Customer Support did respond to concerns. They were not helpful but this reply. The money spent on the most extensive food sensitivity testing was entirely wasted. - My mother and sister received identical results, which is a red flag. They do not live together and only share a mealtime together once a week. - I am also certain they would not have been able to consume all 252 different foods (within the two weeks) prior to the blood draw (stick). And, it would be unwise for them to consume any of the 44 foods, if they had a suspected allergy. - Several of the foods we hypothesize they may have a sensitivity to were indeed consumed in the two weeks prior and still did NOT show up as an issue.

GBAre they serious? Are they serious?…. I’m not sure they’re even in business. I can’t download the app because it doesn’t exist here. I can’t set up an account because I never got an email confirmation and tried many times to resend. The website says the lab is moving annd unavailable and customer service is in German. So what I’m left with is 10 less drops of blood, a decent Band Aid and almost $200 down the toilet. Thanks
