ESThis company is only taking the money… This company is only taking the money from people. Once they get your money they will tell you several lies about why they can not process your test, it took them 6 months to send me a replacement kit that ended up not working and they wont issue me a refund! I was very patient and waited the 6 months for my kit what for? To loose my momey please they have been doing this to many other people but they are just deleting the reviews DONT USE THIS COMPANY

GBTerrible! Terrible!! It’s been over five weeks since I’ve seen in my results. After emailing three or four times to customer service they finally sent me my results which said I had no allergies to anything at all zero. Which I totally don’t buy. Then I set up an appointment to go over my results and nobody called me they totally missed our appointment. I could not give them a Lower Review

GBExcellent product, clear and well-explained results I received my Cerascreen kit less than a week after I ordered it, and I ultimately received my test results three weeks from the day I dropped it back in the mailbox. The results were insightful and easy to decipher, and now I'll be trying an elimination diet with the three foods that came back positive and seeing how this improves my health. Thanks, Cerascreen.

GBSent test in on May 31 - still nothing I sent my test in on May 31, and I still haven’t gotten results. I have emailed twice and they keep saying they’re “behind” and I can cancel if I want. I need this information so unfortunately they’re in control…

GBDON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY I cannot recommend this company AT ALL. The only reason I am giving two stars versus one star is because Customer Support did respond to concerns. They were not helpful but this reply. The money spent on the most extensive food sensitivity testing was entirely wasted. - My mother and sister received identical results, which is a red flag. They do not live together and only share a mealtime together once a week. - I am also certain they would not have been able to consume all 252 different foods (within the two weeks) prior to the blood draw (stick). And, it would be unwise for them to consume any of the 44 foods, if they had a suspected allergy. - Several of the foods we hypothesize they may have a sensitivity to were indeed consumed in the two weeks prior and still did NOT show up as an issue.
