No results No results And no refund Impossible to 'log in' Actually paid for help to navigate but there is NO way to gain access Emails ignored This is theft !!!!

I received the test the next day I received the test the next day, but it was never received by them. What a pain I went through filling in all the data for nothing, initially told me I would receive refund less the delivery, but delivery never happened, so this then changed. This was the worst purchase and customer experience ever!

Sent test in on May 31 - still nothing I sent my test in on May 31, and I still haven’t gotten results. I have emailed twice and they keep saying they’re “behind” and I can cancel if I want. I need this information so unfortunately they’re in control…

Are they serious? Are they serious?…. I’m not sure they’re even in business. I can’t download the app because it doesn’t exist here. I can’t set up an account because I never got an email confirmation and tried many times to resend. The website says the lab is moving annd unavailable and customer service is in German. So what I’m left with is 10 less drops of blood, a decent Band Aid and almost $200 down the toilet. Thanks

Terrible! Terrible!! It’s been over five weeks since I’ve seen in my results. After emailing three or four times to customer service they finally sent me my results which said I had no allergies to anything at all zero. Which I totally don’t buy. Then I set up an appointment to go over my results and nobody called me they totally missed our appointment. I could not give them a Lower Review
