GBOne star is being generous One star is being generous - Been almost a month since I mailed them my blood and no update from them, despite several attempts to their (apparently fake) customer support. There are other/better options.

FRTerrible custom service be careful buying from this store. They forgot to stamp the return letter with the return form, when I realized unfortunately I had already done the blood test. I then contacted them to find a solution, they never responded, whether by email, on social networks they even saw my message but did not bother to respond and by phone unreachable neither. I had to manage to find the address of the laboratory and pay at my own expense the return of the sample because their customer service is non-existent. to flee there are better stores with better rates that offer good quality services

GBDON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY I cannot recommend this company AT ALL. The only reason I am giving two stars versus one star is because Customer Support did respond to concerns. They were not helpful but this reply. The money spent on the most extensive food sensitivity testing was entirely wasted. - My mother and sister received identical results, which is a red flag. They do not live together and only share a mealtime together once a week. - I am also certain they would not have been able to consume all 252 different foods (within the two weeks) prior to the blood draw (stick). And, it would be unwise for them to consume any of the 44 foods, if they had a suspected allergy. - Several of the foods we hypothesize they may have a sensitivity to were indeed consumed in the two weeks prior and still did NOT show up as an issue.

GBNo match with blood test: Did a VitD test with cerascreen. So off!? Did a VitD test with cerascreen and blood test same day. Wanted to calibrate and see if I can trust cerascreen for periodic testing. Results: 63 ng/ml with blood test (Quest) and 116 ng (with warning of being too high by Cerascreen!!). Who to trust? Was really hoping for a match
