Compared to 23 and me you get very few genes tested (for more money) and the information on the results is limited, certainly in case of deviant genes. 23 and me has way better information about the testresults I got. The only way to get more information is to do a free phone consult for 15 minutes. Not impressed. O and it took 21 emails to get the results, a lot of wrong test id's were given to me.

This company is only taking the money… This company is only taking the money from people. Once they get your money they will tell you several lies about why they can not process your test, it took them 6 months to send me a replacement kit that ended up not working and they wont issue me a refund! I was very patient and waited the 6 months for my kit what for? To loose my momey please they have been doing this to many other people but they are just deleting the reviews DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible! Terrible!! It’s been over five weeks since I’ve seen in my results. After emailing three or four times to customer service they finally sent me my results which said I had no allergies to anything at all zero. Which I totally don’t buy. Then I set up an appointment to go over my results and nobody called me they totally missed our appointment. I could not give them a Lower Review

This company is horrible and fraudulent… This company is horrible and fraudulent I never got my results it is fake they will steal your monies and never give results. They operate out of an apartment in Brooklyn NY in the slums FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! RUN do not give them any monies it is a SCAM

Helpful Food Allergy Test I took the food allergy test and was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the process was. Shipping was a day or two slower than anticipated, but I can't complain about that during a pandemic. The instructions were clear, getting the blood sample wasn't really painful at all, and the results were quite informative. I got confirmation of an allergy that I knew of, and found out about a couple of foods I might be sensitive to that might explain some stuff.
