Dipesh completed training for my team… Dipesh completed training for my team of 15 occupational therapists, which is no easy task. He did an amazing job! The presentation was informative and engaging. Dipesh was patient and answered all our questions and he made himself available for any future questions from the team. The purchase and training process was… This review is by Adele Bonassi - I am the patient. Not my husband. For some reason it comes up John Bonassi. The purchase and training process was far from smooth. The device was ordered and received fairly quickly but I found out after it was received that I had to travel to Bioness to get fitted properly. After going round and round I was setup with UPMC physical therapy for one appointment (that was not free). I do not understand to this day why Bioness would not visit my home to get me set up. I was lead to believe that they would when I went through the ordering process.

Poor Bioness App Tracking Steps The Bioness App does not track the steps that you take each week or each month. The app does track your daily steps, but does not track your steps each day by week or by month. Let me know when you fix the bug in your application software.

Dipesh was an excellent educator Dipesh was an excellent educator! We recently got trained at JFK (inpatient OT) and are beyond excited to use the H200 for our patients. Dipesh took the time to show us salient treatment strategies and modifications to best suit our patients.

Fees that you are responsible for if you return Rep that I met with was excellent and took his time to listen and set me up based on my needs. The only issue I have is the restocking charges. &600/unit is a bit extreme. This was not even mentioned to me as I was signing all the papers. Not fair. Different when you have someone there guiding you through everything and different when you arenon your own. Wouldnt recommend otherwise
