Fees that you are responsible for if you return Rep that I met with was excellent and took his time to listen and set me up based on my needs. The only issue I have is the restocking charges. &600/unit is a bit extreme. This was not even mentioned to me as I was signing all the papers. Not fair. Different when you have someone there guiding you through everything and different when you arenon your own. Wouldnt recommend otherwise

Especially my main rep Megan Rao who supports the Northeast. Megan made my experience everything I would have expected and more. She should be recognized for her expertise, honesty, flexibility and knowledge. She never rushed me, and was always an excellent listener as well as super supportive with my MS condition.

The unit is absolutely a life changer for me. I lost use of my lower left leg 33 years ago. I’m tearing up as I write. Ryan is absolutely superb Ryan is absolutely superb! He has always made himself available each time we needed assistance. He has been very patient with me as I learned how to use the device.
