Setting waggle up I was setting it up and had to pause to try to figure something out and they called to see if they could help. He was so friendly and helpful. Wish i could remember his name.

Nothing but trouble since day one. Received my Waggle and it was defective. I was asked to pay shipping to return it, refused. Finally got them to send a shipping label. Returned it the same day and now 2weeks later I’m still waiting and paying for a years subscription that I can’t use. They keep telling me it will come today. Tracking number never updates. Not the best experience!!

Not worth the purshase Hard time keeping internet connection, speaker connection does not work or is very static, hard finding treats that don’t get stuck.

I highly recommend this for pet owners. They include 2 stickers & 1 car tag so people know you have your pet’s environment being monitored.
