Great product We know how sporadic Wi-Fi can be at campgrounds. Since I purchased the waggle monitor I no longer worry about leaving my 2 Dachshunds in the RV. Also would to comment on how awesome their customer service is. Great product would highly recommend.

My wagglecam doesn’t work My wagglecam doesn’t work. I spent numerous phone calls to customer support over three days and they did nothing but walk me through the instructions and it still doesn’t work. Now they offered for me to send it back at my expense for only a partial refund after printing a form. Without a printer, that’s not an option for me. I feel that I’ve been ripped off. Totally unacceptable.

Excellent - All Around Everything from start to finish has been excellent. Easy to order, fast to arrive, a breeze to setup. My wife and I can now venture farther away from our RV and check in on it less frequently knowing we have real time temperature monitoring.

Its a good ideal It’s a good product, pricing is a little high especially considering I keep having to reset the device in my car. If I’m paying nearly $500 at a time for something it shouldn’t be so glitchy. When it works it works great, but it’s annoying that the app keeps disconnecting from my device.
