I love Waggle for temp monitoring of my… I love Waggle for temp monitoring of my vehicle for my service dog. We just got a new vehicle that only has USB C plugs and your connectors are USB A. I tried reaching out to on line service and was only referred back to the page with the USB A. I need a C-C (waggle is a C also). I purchased a C-C from Amazon but it won’t charge the Waggle.

Great customer service! Waggle reached out to help me immediately. A+ on customer service even if initial comprehension wasn't the best since they couldn't fathom that someone would want more than one device active, hence paying subscription for both devices so they really wanted to help me remove one at first. However they persisted trying to help and both devices are on subscription and the second device will shortly be active (it does take 24 hours for it take effect), but I'm confident that we are on the same page now thanks to their perseverance!

My wagglecam doesn’t work My wagglecam doesn’t work. I spent numerous phone calls to customer support over three days and they did nothing but walk me through the instructions and it still doesn’t work. Now they offered for me to send it back at my expense for only a partial refund after printing a form. Without a printer, that’s not an option for me. I feel that I’ve been ripped off. Totally unacceptable.
