I love Waggle for temp monitoring of my… I love Waggle for temp monitoring of my vehicle for my service dog. We just got a new vehicle that only has USB C plugs and your connectors are USB A. I tried reaching out to on line service and was only referred back to the page with the USB A. I need a C-C (waggle is a C also). I purchased a C-C from Amazon but it won’t charge the Waggle.

I spent numerous phone calls to customer support over three days and they did nothing but walk me through the instructions and it still doesn’t work. Now they offered for me to send it back at my expense for only a partial refund after printing a form. Without a printer, that’s not an option for me. I feel that I’ve been ripped off. Totally unacceptable.
