USI received the sale price after it did not go through on credit card I received the sale price after transaction went through on my credit card(credit issued). Gentleman on phone was very receptive to my issues.

USExcellent - All Around Everything from start to finish has been excellent. Easy to order, fast to arrive, a breeze to setup. My wife and I can now venture farther away from our RV and check in on it less frequently knowing we have real time temperature monitoring.

USThe ability to turn the devise on and… The ability to turn the devise on and off is very cumbersome. I can tell when it is on or off. So far I have also had a problem with the cell service provider. I have Verizon for my cell and I was able to get cell service and internet via my phone but the waggle device read no service. So far this is not very good for what I thought would work for me.

USNothing but trouble since day one. Received my Waggle and it was defective. I was asked to pay shipping to return it, refused. Finally got them to send a shipping label. Returned it the same day and now 2weeks later I’m still waiting and paying for a years subscription that I can’t use. They keep telling me it will come today. Tracking number never updates. Not the best experience!!
