I love the program I love the program. One recommendation would be to have the ability to See if your electric was on simply by looking at the Home Screen. A Green or Red dot would be great. 👍

Setting waggle up I was setting it up and had to pause to try to figure something out and they called to see if they could help. He was so friendly and helpful. Wish i could remember his name.

Not very reliable I wish this unit was able to connect to a Wifi internet source. I have been using this unit in my driveway and I live in a very residential area with good reception. I keep getting alerts saying my unit is offline or not responding. I was told they use Verizon as the carrier. Other that this issue when it works its good.

Great product We know how sporadic Wi-Fi can be at campgrounds. Since I purchased the waggle monitor I no longer worry about leaving my 2 Dachshunds in the RV. Also would to comment on how awesome their customer service is. Great product would highly recommend.

Great MUST have product for RVers with Furrkids Products explained well onsite, great comparison info available and the service options were simple to choose from.
