USGreat customer service! Waggle reached out to help me immediately. A+ on customer service even if initial comprehension wasn't the best since they couldn't fathom that someone would want more than one device active, hence paying subscription for both devices so they really wanted to help me remove one at first. However they persisted trying to help and both devices are on subscription and the second device will shortly be active (it does take 24 hours for it take effect), but I'm confident that we are on the same page now thanks to their perseverance!

USMy wagglecam doesn’t work My wagglecam doesn’t work. I spent numerous phone calls to customer support over three days and they did nothing but walk me through the instructions and it still doesn’t work. Now they offered for me to send it back at my expense for only a partial refund after printing a form. Without a printer, that’s not an option for me. I feel that I’ve been ripped off. Totally unacceptable.

USNot very reliable I wish this unit was able to connect to a Wifi internet source. I have been using this unit in my driveway and I live in a very residential area with good reception. I keep getting alerts saying my unit is offline or not responding. I was told they use Verizon as the carrier. Other that this issue when it works its good.

USI love the program I love the program. One recommendation would be to have the ability to See if your electric was on simply by looking at the Home Screen. A Green or Red dot would be great. 👍
