GBIts a good ideal It’s a good product, pricing is a little high especially considering I keep having to reset the device in my car. If I’m paying nearly $500 at a time for something it shouldn’t be so glitchy. When it works it works great, but it’s annoying that the app keeps disconnecting from my device.

GBFrustrated The first item I received did not work & had to be replaced. The process of explaining & getting a replacement was very frustrating & I got charged shipping for the replacement.

GBGreat customer service! Waggle reached out to help me immediately. A+ on customer service even if initial comprehension wasn't the best since they couldn't fathom that someone would want more than one device active, hence paying subscription for both devices so they really wanted to help me remove one at first. However they persisted trying to help and both devices are on subscription and the second device will shortly be active (it does take 24 hours for it take effect), but I'm confident that we are on the same page now thanks to their perseverance!
