GBBeware of answering forms, you’ll get charged for them. Used PlushCare for about 1 year. Has been difficult getting through to a person if you have a question. Sometimes can be confusing trying to schedule and most recently had a form with questions pop up which I completed and then I’m charged an extra $20 for it, which insurance declined to pay. Deceptive.

GBI have had a great experience with… I have had a great experience with PlushCare. Dr. Britton has been amazing and he has set up a treatment plan for my hypertension, high blood pressure, and diabetes that I feel confident in. The only issues I have had were in regards to prescription changes and the absence of a physical location. I requested a minor prescription for a glucose monitor right after my appointment but the customer care told me I needed to pay for an entire appointment in order to talk to the doctor or make any changes. I also was able to receive some free and reduced cost medications but the manufacturer would only ship to a physical doctor's office. Other than these minor issues, I have really been satisfied with the quality of care that Dr. Britton has provided. I also like that I can view all of my appointments, prescriptions, and summaries from the app and web app.

GBAbsolute money grab Absolute money grab. They make it seem like it will be relatively quick and easy to get the medication you need to treat your condition yet after several tests (paid out of pocket), several doctors appts (paid out of pocket) you are $600 down and no closer to getting the medication you need. Super scam. Do not trust.

GBWouldn't recommend them... Its convenient to book an appointment, but impossible to do anything else. Their customer service isn't poor, its nearly non-existent. My pharmacy could not reach them for a week to clarify a prescription order. I'm currently on hold as I type this for over 42 minutes. I've also tried using their chat feature to ask questions or follow-up and don't get a response or when I do, its the next day. Healthcare is not an "in the moment" service, and it extends beyond a single appointment. This company is not qualified to provide healthcare services on a continuum. Their service is certainly not worth a membership fee.

GBI love being able to schedule an… I love being able to schedule an appointment with the same doctor I have seen multiple times within 15 mins!! It's kind of incredible actually--getting help WHEN I need it. Thanks Plush and Dr. Sayess!
