I loved the physician I loved the physician, but I have been waiting 40 days now for Plush to send the appeal to my insurance company for the medication. I have been told several times that they are have sent their part, and the insurance company has no history of receiving it. I'm in a "he said, she said" bs of a situation and I'm giving up on them. They have charged me for 3 months of "membership", for nothing, I'm guessing that's how they make as much money as they can

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I thought I was going to CVS.com to make an appointment with the Minute Clinic and was diverted to PlushCare. When it was clear that I made an error thinking I was at CVS.com and I learned I would be charged for the cancellation of an appointment, I contacted PlushCare. They told me they would not charge my credit card. In fact they did charge my card and repeatedly continued to charge my card monthly despite my calls to reverse the charges and cancel any ‘subscription’ (I never authorized a subscription or any charges to my card). I put a stop on my credit card and was issued a new credit card. To my utter shock, they charged my new card 2 times before I released that they continued this fraudulent practice. Do NOT engage with this corrupt, criminal business.

Scammy and Glitchy I followed my PCP here and I really hate the service (but love my doctor!) They charge a monthly fee on top of whatever you owe for insurance and only give you 15 minutes with your doctor, no options for longer appointments. Why am I paying the same (well, honestly more!) as I did for 30-60 minute appointments before? I am not getting the level of care I would expect from a primary care physician and when I message the company about it I just get the same canned response every time. The video system is also glitchy. If you use a tablet it is still small like it would be on a phone, and messages that pop up cannot be dismissed and cover your session so you can no longer see. Again - not sure what I’m paying for if they can’t provide a functional app.

Fantastic The Dr. was on time with the scheduled appointment. The appointment was easy to schedule, plenty of availability. The Dr. was attentive, carefully listened to my concerns and addressed my needs.

I have had a great experience with… I have had a great experience with PlushCare. Dr. Britton has been amazing and he has set up a treatment plan for my hypertension, high blood pressure, and diabetes that I feel confident in. The only issues I have had were in regards to prescription changes and the absence of a physical location. I requested a minor prescription for a glucose monitor right after my appointment but the customer care told me I needed to pay for an entire appointment in order to talk to the doctor or make any changes. I also was able to receive some free and reduced cost medications but the manufacturer would only ship to a physical doctor's office. Other than these minor issues, I have really been satisfied with the quality of care that Dr. Britton has provided. I also like that I can view all of my appointments, prescriptions, and summaries from the app and web app.
