Absolute money grab Absolute money grab. They make it seem like it will be relatively quick and easy to get the medication you need to treat your condition yet after several tests (paid out of pocket), several doctors appts (paid out of pocket) you are $600 down and no closer to getting the medication you need. Super scam. Do not trust.

Plushcare is Great! I enjoy being able to see the Doctor from the comfort of my home. I enjoy the ease of being able to get in quickly if I am having a medical issue. My Doctor has been very kind and helpful with me as I am managing a new health concern.

Wouldn't recommend them... Its convenient to book an appointment, but impossible to do anything else. Their customer service isn't poor, its nearly non-existent. My pharmacy could not reach them for a week to clarify a prescription order. I'm currently on hold as I type this for over 42 minutes. I've also tried using their chat feature to ask questions or follow-up and don't get a response or when I do, its the next day. Healthcare is not an "in the moment" service, and it extends beyond a single appointment. This company is not qualified to provide healthcare services on a continuum. Their service is certainly not worth a membership fee.
