Don’t waste your time! I worked for vein clinics of America before it got taken over by USA vein clinics and ever since then it’s just been going down hill. They don’t care about what is actually going on with the patient they just want to sell them a treatment plan. They don’t explain what is going to happen and they don’t tell you how much they’re going to charge until you finish with the whole appointment even then it’s only an estimate so they’re still a chance you’re insurance could charge you more. Just don’t go there to any USA vein clinics you’re better off anywhere else.

This company needs to go back to… This company needs to go back to Kindergarten & start over. The staff at the clinic I visited is great; it’s the big wig greedy corporate crap that needs to be dealt with. They better watch their P’s & Q’s—the word is already out regarding their awful / terrible protocol. Shape up or ship out—people have enough garbage & aggravation in their lives; don’t need any more.

I am having horrible experience with USA vein clinic I am having horrible experience with USA Vein clinic. Before I go for evaluation in September 2022 my insurance approved all procedures. Next time I waited 1 hour at the reception because they didn’t know what to do. Reason: they have been bought out from the current company that doesn’t work with my insurance! 1 year later I started to receive bills. I contacted them and was told that the service is too old and they cannot bill the insurance. Is it my fault that you guys messed up during the transition?! I was harassed to pay. I paid amount and 2-3 months later I get another bill with the whole amount $1300. I called back and representative told me that medicaid paid already and I am only due $77. What is that? Emailed but never got response back. That is ripping billing and deserves lawsuit!

The worst company!! The worst company!! They have predatory billing practices and horrible customer service. I feel sorry for the doctors that were an unfortunate part of this buyout/takeover!! Vein Clinics of America was a great company all around, unfortunately I can’t say the same for USA Vein Clinics!!

Labor Bureau Besides the ultrasound technicians going above and beyond, the corporate aspect of this company is an absolute disgrace. Undervaluing it’s employees is putting it mildly. Not only does the call center send you to clinics that no longer exist, but they overbook patients as well. Furthermore, it’s employees are underpaid and do not have any health benefits package. As a woman who is nearly 80 years old, this is unacceptable. What happened to word equality? Humanity? USA Vein Clinics will be hearing a lot more from me. I hope this review has helped at least someone realize they can receive better care elsewhere.
