I been getting treatments many times… I been getting treatments many times this place is amazing feeling so much better. Alexandria the receptionist is truly the best she is so dedicated to her work and super caring and very helpful she signs patients very quickly so you don’t wait . Dr. DiFiore at 1st avenue location is amazing he listen to your problems and take care of the issues he doesn’t rush. The lady Olga that is helping him in the procedure room is extremely nice all the staff is very helpful and caring. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The worst company!! The worst company!! They have predatory billing practices and horrible customer service. I feel sorry for the doctors that were an unfortunate part of this buyout/takeover!! Vein Clinics of America was a great company all around, unfortunately I can’t say the same for USA Vein Clinics!!

This place was unprofessional This place was unprofessional! Called to schedule a new patient appointment provided my insurance information and was told that insurance would be verified.. I asked to leave work early arrived 15 minutes early, the doctor was standing at the front seat and asked if I was self pay??? I said no that I provided my insurance info with call center and he asked for if and ins. Card.. I say not a friendly environment, did not feel welcome at all, after sitting there he informed me that He did not participate with my insurance and that I could go to a different office… this is so unprofessional!!!!!! I left work early was told that they participated with my insurance but it changed without notice!!! I had treatment there about 10 years ago and I recommended this place to a few people. I would NEVER recommend this unpleasant place! My time is valuable and it was the worst experience.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. Their call center is clearly not in USA. They took over from Vein Clinics of America, fired all the existing employees and closed down all the clinics - or at least most of them. They will not give you your medical records. Email requests are ignored and phone calls are immediately disconnected. They are dishonest and shady. Do not go to them.

I have been attending this clinic at…2157 White Plains Road, Bronx, NY and the treatment is unacceptable. I have been attending this clinic at 2157 White Plains Road, Bronx, NY for several months now. I get these injections, that I have not seen any improvement in my legs, my right continues to swell. When I question the Dr. Patterson, he is unable to provide any proper answers. Also they are auto-deducting payments from my debit card without my authorization. When I call to speak to billing, unable to do so, stay on phone for hours, they constantly cut off call. Very frustrating, I will be filling a complaint with the AG office.
