USNot Good I 4get the date, has been a yr or 2. I am an elder male with circulatory disease, neuropathy and prediabetic. My 1st appt i arrived on time2find a note 'they're out of the ofc4the day'? Called in, they're like they sent a text except didnt. It popped up after I called per their absence? Wasted trip, they 4got to cancel. When I later got another time, 3 female techs put me thru a bunch of tests including BP. When I then get to see the doc, he reviewed my new file tests and he's like I can't help u? His title is 'vascular surgeon'. I have all the classic enlarged & spider veins with feet numbness and lower leg pain plus arterial sclerosis. If a vascular surgeon can't help, who the hey'll can? Go figure, what a hoax. Now they still send me texts always: "It's been awhile since u saw Dr. Quack; call to schedule soon."

USThis is a fraudulent company This is a fraudulent company. Please go to a real vein specialist and not a con-artist, joke of an operation like this. Customer service is the absolute worst. Everyone who answers the phone lies to you, puts you on hold forever, NEVER RESOLVES YOUR ISSUE, no calls are returned as promised. They are a bunch of clowns in a clown show. I would never trust them. Vein clinics of America was not much better. They misguided people who did not need anything done. They sold you packages and you lost all your money when they were bought out. All about the MONEY, not you. Take my advise and do not get caught in this nest of incompetence and horrific customer service, You will thank me. The company cannot improve because they are a scam. I am in healthcare and this is NOT a safe place for anyone. Go far away from them.These places are not monitored the same and they do not care about you. They lie, cheat, and steal.

USDodge the bullet I'm so glad I dodge a bullet. These folks called me 3xs to "verify" insurance. On the 3rd called ,I just told them to cancel my appointment! Because if they can't get it right BEFORE the appointment I can only imagine what it will be like submitting to my insurance company. Not to mention, you can never contact the office directly...why? It's really annoying, I just had a few questions about landmarks for the location I was going to. Well that nevered happened because of course, the folks at the call center had no idea. So I'm just happy that I didn't go with them. And according to the views, I definitely dodge the bullet!

USI been getting treatments many times… I been getting treatments many times this place is amazing feeling so much better. Alexandria the receptionist is truly the best she is so dedicated to her work and super caring and very helpful she signs patients very quickly so you don’t wait . Dr. DiFiore at 1st avenue location is amazing he listen to your problems and take care of the issues he doesn’t rush. The lady Olga that is helping him in the procedure room is extremely nice all the staff is very helpful and caring. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

USI am having horrible experience with USA vein clinic I am having horrible experience with USA Vein clinic. Before I go for evaluation in September 2022 my insurance approved all procedures. Next time I waited 1 hour at the reception because they didn’t know what to do. Reason: they have been bought out from the current company that doesn’t work with my insurance! 1 year later I started to receive bills. I contacted them and was told that the service is too old and they cannot bill the insurance. Is it my fault that you guys messed up during the transition?! I was harassed to pay. I paid amount and 2-3 months later I get another bill with the whole amount $1300. I called back and representative told me that medicaid paid already and I am only due $77. What is that? Emailed but never got response back. That is ripping billing and deserves lawsuit!
