Great tech support for an older, out-of-warranty product Beth was very knowledgable about the product, didn't try to sell me a new one, gave helpful tech advice, and explained where I could get replacement parts. I ultimately bought a new LED light box to replace my old NorthStar. My experience restored my faith that at least some companies really stand by their products and make an effort to hire and retain stellar employees.

My light box has been working…beautifully! My light box has been working beautifully and consistently since I purchased it. I am very grateful as I had purchased a cheaper version on Amazon and that one died after 30 days. This one seems sturdier and better made. I hope I can continue to use it for years to come. Great experience ordering the Aurora LightPad MAX I ordered the Aurora LightPad MAX and received it quickly. There was something wrong with the cord and brick converter. After calling Alaska Northern Lights, they immediately resent a new light and included a UPS Return Label. Quick and easy. The light is awesome and I’m amazed at the brightness and power. Kudos for a job well done.

Awesome customer service I have used a northern light during the winter season for years. My daughter just moved to CO for her first full time job. Winters can be tough being inside all day. I ordered her a light but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Northern lights sent out a replacement the same day. Now that is awesome service for a tried and truly great product.

Light is very effective, sleek, easy use Light is very effective, sleek and silent, easy to use one button toggle for on/off and three intensity levels. Produced at least 10,000 lux at 30 inches, better than anything on the market that I could find. (Other SAD lights don’t disclose the inches/distance capacity of lamp, some you have to hold 6 inches from your face- not practical). I leave this one on my night stand to glow while I have my morning coffee.
