My light box has been working…beautifully! My light box has been working beautifully and consistently since I purchased it. I am very grateful as I had purchased a cheaper version on Amazon and that one died after 30 days. This one seems sturdier and better made. I hope I can continue to use it for years to come. Awesome customer service I have used a northern light during the winter season for years. My daughter just moved to CO for her first full time job. Winters can be tough being inside all day. I ordered her a light but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Northern lights sent out a replacement the same day. Now that is awesome service for a tried and truly great product.

Great experience ordering the Aurora LightPad MAX I ordered the Aurora LightPad MAX and received it quickly. There was something wrong with the cord and brick converter. After calling Alaska Northern Lights, they immediately resent a new light and included a UPS Return Label. Quick and easy. The light is awesome and I’m amazed at the brightness and power.
