Light is very effective, sleek, easy use Light is very effective, sleek and silent, easy to use one button toggle for on/off and three intensity levels. Produced at least 10,000 lux at 30 inches, better than anything on the market that I could find. (Other SAD lights don’t disclose the inches/distance capacity of lamp, some you have to hold 6 inches from your face- not practical). I leave this one on my night stand to glow while I have my morning coffee.
