Awesome customer service I have used a northern light during the winter season for years. My daughter just moved to CO for her first full time job. Winters can be tough being inside all day. I ordered her a light but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Northern lights sent out a replacement the same day. Now that is awesome service for a tried and truly great product.

Great tech support for an older, out-of-warranty product Beth was very knowledgable about the product, didn't try to sell me a new one, gave helpful tech advice, and explained where I could get replacement parts. I ultimately bought a new LED light box to replace my old NorthStar. My experience restored my faith that at least some companies really stand by their products and make an effort to hire and retain stellar employees.

Highly recommend the light pad This is a GREAT product. I say that having decades of experience using a variety of light devices for SAD. My symptoms of SAD are greatly diminished with it’s use, most notable is an increase in energy and motivation throughout the day. I received the unit in perfect condition in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend it.
