Best customer support EVER I bought a Lightpad Max and I suspect it was likely mishandled during shipping as it was flickering on the two brighter settings. I emailed customer support, and they responded within the hour, and replaced the light immediately. This was easily the best customer support experience I've ever had for any product I've ever bought. In this day and age, obtaining warranty support can be elusive and frustrating... Alaska Northern Lights sets a new standard in this area and I think other companies would do well to follow their lead. Thank you again!

Great customer service I live in Alaska and often have packages arrive broken, so when my diffuser screen and light bulb were broken in one of my light boxes I wasn’t overly surprised. I decided to cough up the money to buy… I decided to cough up the money to buy one of the best light therapy boxes on the market because the dark and gloomy winter months in ohio consistently cause me severe depression. My psychiatrist typically adjusts my meds but it's not enough. I dread the winter fearing one year it might claim my life. After having a cheap SAD therapy light years ago that did nothing, I figured that if I was willing to spend money on frivolous purchases, I shouldn't complain about spending money to potentially help me not bottom out in the winter. I'm really impressed with the Northstar 10,000. It truly helps and for me, anything that actually helps me survive this time of year is worth gold.

Return policy I have referred patients to Alaskan Northern Lights for the purchase of light boxes for 40 years as I've trust their product. Today I had the unpleasant experience of finding out that they do not offer prepaid return labels. Given that these lights are not inexpensive, it adds an extra obstacle to getting people to try them. I think for the price of the Box they could at least offer free returns. Not in conducive to people getting care.

BRIGHT light! This light so much brighter than any I have used before, also easier to set up than I expected! Have been sitting in front of it for 30 minutes for the last five days and am already waking up an hour to an hour and a half earlier than normal. Wow.
