CABest customer support EVER I bought a Lightpad Max and I suspect it was likely mishandled during shipping as it was flickering on the two brighter settings. I emailed customer support, and they responded within the hour, and replaced the light immediately. This was easily the best customer support experience I've ever had for any product I've ever bought. In this day and age, obtaining warranty support can be elusive and frustrating... Alaska Northern Lights sets a new standard in this area and I think other companies would do well to follow their lead. Thank you again!

GBIve been using the light box for almost… Ive been using the light box for almost 3 weeks and can def. say it has helped me wake up earlier naturally before my alarm clock. The only thing im not crazy about is the double cord required to plug in and attatch. Its just cumbersome and sometimes gets disconnected when I move the light to a different angle.

GBMy light box has been working…beautifully! My light box has been working beautifully and consistently since I purchased it. I am very grateful as I had purchased a cheaper version on Amazon and that one died after 30 days. This one seems sturdier and better made. I hope I can continue to use it for years to come.
