Communication, Understanding, Patience, is appreciated! I spoke with Sue from Biowave and she was very helpful and detailed in explaining how the Biowave Home device work. She listened to my concerns and sent me via e-mail references should I want to go back and check how to properly use the device. Even though the phone consult was a bit rushed, she covered most of the topics needed for me to start using the Biowave Home Device.

Biowave and Kevin have helped me with my pain! Kevin was wonderful to work with. He explained everything from how to work it to who to contact at the VA for supplies. I have been using the machine to help with hip and low back pain caused by osteoporosis. I have also started using it on arthritic knees. It's the most relief that I have had without having to get an injection. (5 stars)

I would just like to say thanks to the… I would just like to say thanks to the VA hospital and the doctors involved in helping me get My bio wave. I suffer from severe chronic neuropathy in both feet, I’ve been using it for over two weeks now, and it seems to be lessening the sensations in my feet. I was a little skeptical at first because it was making my feet pain more intense after using it, but I guess that’s normal because it opens up all your nerve endings when you use it. I will keep using this product and see what kind of results I get out of it. Anything is better than what I have for a pain level now. Again, thank you for introducing me to this product, I would recommend it to anyone else.

Great experience The BioWave unit has been great, however I needed to exchange it. Mona was very helpful with the process. She was professional & pleasant. Highly recommend this company.
