Biowave and Kevin have helped me with my pain! Kevin was wonderful to work with. He explained everything from how to work it to who to contact at the VA for supplies. I have been using the machine to help with hip and low back pain caused by osteoporosis. I have also started using it on arthritic knees. It's the most relief that I have had without having to get an injection. (5 stars)

She is very knowledgeable and thorough, with explaining how to use this Biowave machine, during the training process! She also explained how to clean the electrodes, to extend the life of them! I would just like to say thanks to the… I would just like to say thanks to the VA hospital and the doctors involved in helping me get My bio wave. I suffer from severe chronic neuropathy in both feet, I’ve been using it for over two weeks now, and it seems to be lessening the sensations in my feet. I was a little skeptical at first because it was making my feet pain more intense after using it, but I guess that’s normal because it opens up all your nerve endings when you use it. I will keep using this product and see what kind of results I get out of it. Anything is better than what I have for a pain level now. Again, thank you for introducing me to this product, I would recommend it to anyone else.
