She is very knowledgeable and thorough, with explaining how to use this Biowave machine, during the training process! She also explained how to clean the electrodes, to extend the life of them! Biowave and Kevin have helped me with my pain! Kevin was wonderful to work with. He explained everything from how to work it to who to contact at the VA for supplies. I have been using the machine to help with hip and low back pain caused by osteoporosis. I have also started using it on arthritic knees. It's the most relief that I have had without having to get an injection. (5 stars)

Great experience The BioWave unit has been great, however I needed to exchange it. Mona was very helpful with the process. She was professional & pleasant. Highly recommend this company.
