Great Machine Ms. Mona gave me a thorough explanation about the product, its uses, and maintaining it and I was able to ask questions about everything I didn't quite understand. I also received an email from her going over some of the info in addition to several downloadable pages of useful tips and further instructions. And I was told to contact VA prosthetic for any reason about the product including ordering new parts. She was an absolute delight to work with. USMC Black'man

She is very knowledgeable and thorough, with explaining how to use this Biowave machine, during the training process! She also explained how to clean the electrodes, to extend the life of them!
