Great experience The BioWave unit has been great, however I needed to exchange it. Mona was very helpful with the process. She was professional & pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

Agnes Puchlik knows her product Agnes Puchlik gave me a thorough explanation about the product, it's uses, maintaining it and I was able to ask questions about everything I didn't quite understand. I also received an email from her going over some of the info in addition to several downloadable pages of useful tips and further instructions. I have her direct phone number as well and was told to contact her for any reason about the product to include ordering new parts. She was an absolute delight to work with.
