Made the process of having a new product less worrisome with her guided instructions, and took the time to answer every question I had pertaining to my new product.

She listened to my concerns and sent me via e-mail references should I want to go back and check how to properly use the device. I also received an email from her going over some of the info in addition to several downloadable pages of useful tips and further instructions. I have her direct phone number as well and was told to contact her for any reason about the product to include ordering new parts. She was an absolute delight to work with.
