GBI would just like to say thanks to the… I would just like to say thanks to the VA hospital and the doctors involved in helping me get My bio wave. I suffer from severe chronic neuropathy in both feet, I’ve been using it for over two weeks now, and it seems to be lessening the sensations in my feet. I was a little skeptical at first because it was making my feet pain more intense after using it, but I guess that’s normal because it opens up all your nerve endings when you use it. I will keep using this product and see what kind of results I get out of it. Anything is better than what I have for a pain level now. Again, thank you for introducing me to this product, I would recommend it to anyone else.

She listened to my concerns and sent me via e-mail references should I want to go back and check how to properly use the device. Even though the phone consult was a bit rushed, she covered most of the topics needed for me to start using the Biowave Home Device.
