Made the process of having a new product less worrisome with her guided instructions, and took the time to answer every question I had pertaining to my new product.

Great Machine Ms. Mona gave me a thorough explanation about the product, its uses, and maintaining it and I was able to ask questions about everything I didn't quite understand. I also received an email from her going over some of the info in addition to several downloadable pages of useful tips and further instructions.
