I would just like to say thanks to the… I would just like to say thanks to the VA hospital and the doctors involved in helping me get My bio wave. I suffer from severe chronic neuropathy in both feet, I’ve been using it for over two weeks now, and it seems to be lessening the sensations in my feet. I was a little skeptical at first because it was making my feet pain more intense after using it, but I guess that’s normal because it opens up all your nerve endings when you use it. I will keep using this product and see what kind of results I get out of it. Anything is better than what I have for a pain level now. Again, thank you for introducing me to this product, I would recommend it to anyone else.

The representative Sue from Biowave was… The representative Sue from Biowave was extremely knowledgeable about the product that was shipped to my residence. Made the process of having a new product less worrisome with her guided instructions, and took the time to answer every question I had pertaining to my new product.

Finally, A system to help!!!! Agnes did an awesome job training me on this machine! She is very knowledgeable and thorough, with explaining how to use this Biowave machine, during the training process! She also explained how to clean the electrodes, to extend the life of them!
