Biowave and Kevin have helped me with my pain! Kevin was wonderful to work with. He explained everything from how to work it to who to contact at the VA for supplies. I have been using the machine to help with hip and low back pain caused by osteoporosis. I have also started using it on arthritic knees. It's the most relief that I have had without having to get an injection. (5 stars)

The representative Sue from Biowave was… The representative Sue from Biowave was extremely knowledgeable about the product that was shipped to my residence. Made the process of having a new product less worrisome with her guided instructions, and took the time to answer every question I had pertaining to my new product.

Finally, A system to help!!!! Agnes did an awesome job training me on this machine! She is very knowledgeable and thorough, with explaining how to use this Biowave machine, during the training process! She also explained how to clean the electrodes, to extend the life of them! I can't wait for the wonderful and long awaited pain relieving experience!! Thank you Agnes and Biowave!!

The app is not working correctly so I… The app is not working correctly so I can not track the progress and I only have 30 days to try it out and I’m 2 weeks in and still have not received proper instructions on how to get the app straightened out
