GBThe representative Sue from Biowave was… The representative Sue from Biowave was extremely knowledgeable about the product that was shipped to my residence. Made the process of having a new product less worrisome with her guided instructions, and took the time to answer every question I had pertaining to my new product.

GBSo pleased! Sue is wonderful! Our rep Sue was WONDERFUL. Getting everything set up was seamless (besides something with our unit having an issue, which she is handling to make sure we are satisfied). Answered all my family's questions on how to help get my Dad relief using the machine. So pleased!

GBBiowave and Kevin have helped me with my pain! Kevin was wonderful to work with. He explained everything from how to work it to who to contact at the VA for supplies. I have been using the machine to help with hip and low back pain caused by osteoporosis. I have also started using it on arthritic knees. It's the most relief that I have had without having to get an injection. (5 stars)
