USCommunication, Understanding, Patience, is appreciated! I spoke with Sue from Biowave and she was very helpful and detailed in explaining how the Biowave Home device work. She listened to my concerns and sent me via e-mail references should I want to go back and check how to properly use the device. Even though the phone consult was a bit rushed, she covered most of the topics needed for me to start using the Biowave Home Device.
