Great experience The BioWave unit has been great, however I needed to exchange it. Mona was very helpful with the process. She was professional & pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

Agnes was really helpful at explaining… Agnes was really helpful at explaining all the aspects of using and taking care of my Biowave device. The instructions were simple and straightforward, I think my device experience should go off without a hitch!

So pleased! Sue is wonderful! Our rep Sue was WONDERFUL. Getting everything set up was seamless (besides something with our unit having an issue, which she is handling to make sure we are satisfied). Answered all my family's questions on how to help get my Dad relief using the machine. So pleased!

Communication, Understanding, Patience, is appreciated! I spoke with Sue from Biowave and she was very helpful and detailed in explaining how the Biowave Home device work. She listened to my concerns and sent me via e-mail references should I want to go back and check how to properly use the device. Even though the phone consult was a bit rushed, she covered most of the topics needed for me to start using the Biowave Home Device.
