GBMy Experience with Lifeline My representative, Thomas, was very well informed on the company and, in turn, explained everything in detail to me so I understood all aspects of the system. He answered every question I asked and was very thorough in his answer. I felt comfortable and at ease during this process. I am anxious to set up the system so I can feel safe in my own home and get myself back to my normal life inside and outside my house. My stroke, even though a mild one, made me realize that I have to reach out for help in order to live my life safe. I truly appreciate Aetna and all fantastic benefits they provide. So helpful to senior citizens. Thanks again and bless you.
