GBI had been considering the need for me… I had been considering the need for me to have an alert system. I live alone and have no family in the area. The gentleman that called me answered all my questions about the system. After checking with he's manager a couple of times as far as delivery, he did come back with a lower price which was an incentive to go with life station.

GBMy Experience with Lifeline My representative, Thomas, was very well informed on the company and, in turn, explained everything in detail to me so I understood all aspects of the system. He answered every question I asked and was very thorough in his answer. I felt comfortable and at ease during this process. I am anxious to set up the system so I can feel safe in my own home and get myself back to my normal life inside and outside my house. My stroke, even though a mild one, made me realize that I have to reach out for help in order to live my life safe. I truly appreciate Aetna and all fantastic benefits they provide.
