GBIt really does work It really does work. After two weeks, there is a marked improvement in my urge incontinence. (I had stress incontinence fixed surgically several years ago.) I am surprised and impressed. My only concern is a bit of irritation, which I am treating with a steroid cream. It's not bad and I would rather have that than incontinence. It's sort of like the irritation that you get from cycling without cycling shorts.
