USvery good experience The Innovo representative was very helpful, informed and cheerful. She double checked my address, since I had used a different one the last time I ordered. This was helpful, since the old one is the one I really prefer to use. I had a question about what I was ordering and she had the answer I needed.

GBI wouldn't give it a single star I wouldn't give it a single star! It is rubbish. Waste of money. When demanded a refund l was told the policy changed and l was not liable for a refund as promissed earlier. I feel conned. Very expensive mistake. I wish l had never heard of them. This is preying on desperate women.

GBInnovo shorts bad company I bought the Innovo starter kit but the shorts were too big . For over 2wks I couldn't get hold of anybody on the phone or via email, afyer 2wk i finally got to leave an answerphone message which promised to contact me back in 24hrs this dis not happen although I did finally get am answer via email. But they did not exchange the shorts for smaller size or offer me the refund that I asked for . I find there customer services very disappointing and unhelpful and also the website will not show refund policy or how to return the product or put you in touch with anybody that can help . I would not recommend this product or company to anyone else, which is a shame as I did buy the original product 6yrs ago and found the company a lot better to deal with back then over now .

USRay at myinnovo Ray, at myInnovo, has been prompt, attentive, sensitive and kind. I had a problem which I didn't expect much help for, and became bogged down in my reorder process. Ray has responded twice and solved all issues.
