Great product! Unexpected issue… Started using the Innovo shorts about a week ago. I definitely can already feel a difference in the muscle control of my pelvic floor. One thing that I feel I must mention is that I started my period after 18 days from my previous cycle. I can usually set a clock to my personal cycle so you can imagine my surprise starting earlier than expected. I feel that it’s possible the Innovo system triggered my cycle to come early. I don’t recall reading any one else’s testimony that mentioned this could happen. Just be aware that it could affect the uterus to shed early.

Product arrived even earlier than… Product arrived even earlier than expected. It's packaged nicely and comes with a detailed instruction booklet. Everything was easy to understand and put together. I already notice a difference after just 8 days. So happy I finally decided to try this.
