It does seem to help in reducing inflammation and speeding recovery, as well as healing injuries. Get the adjustable strap and extender strap if you want to get the most out of the product.

Highly Recommend product and the company 1. Excellent customer service. I've had a few issues with modules and the company was very quick to send a replacement. 2.
