Had my wife send email and phone number to get her own $50 off code and they never sent her anything. Still concerned, but I was eventually contacted by customer support. They send to another address (country) my package I´m from México and i was doing my research for worldwide shipping i email them before i purchase kineon, I had to ask them by email for my package because in 2 weeks they can never sent it. I pay for international shipping and the Navidium protection and i put my address which is in Cancún, Mexico. UPS says that my package was delivered today and i had no package in my building, i enter to the page and i saw that the put another address. I had the screenshots where i put my address. This is an investment and its not a cheap device. I dont know what happend with my package!
