I'd say this company is on the right track if the customer service agents are any indication of what the company's standards are. I really look forward to when they make a product that covers a larger surface area. Please keep me updated on when that happens. I'll like to participate in the R&D.

This is a powerful light therapy… This is a powerful light therapy device, sturdy in construction and very imaginative. I've used it on my creaky knees and can definitely say that I've felt an improvement. I bought in early as one of the seeders. My major gripe is that it's not FDA approved and they don't actually have partnerships with the sports teams that they advertise. Just be wary of that but besides that, great product and good work!

Very good product, hard to use This product is very good technically. Several peer reviews tap this as the deepest penetration for joint and tissue issues. It is very targeted so you need to move ie several times if you are treating an area. My biggest complaint is their strap system. Hard to adjust and inadequate for larger areas. They sell additional straps but for the price paid they should be included.
