GBThe customer service agents for Kineon… The customer service agents for Kineon are really professional. I'd say this company is on the right track if the customer service agents are any indication of what the company's standards are. I really look forward to when they make a product that covers a larger surface area. Please keep me updated on when that happens. I'll like to participate in the R&D.

GBThis is a powerful light therapy… This is a powerful light therapy device, sturdy in construction and very imaginative. I've used it on my creaky knees and can definitely say that I've felt an improvement. I bought in early as one of the seeders. My major gripe is that it's not FDA approved and they don't actually have partnerships with the sports teams that they advertise. Just be wary of that but besides that, great product and good work!

GBReally REALLY awful customer service… Really REALLY awful customer service experience. I ordered the move+ based on the website saying it can be used on any body part. I then discovered to use it on the back, I need an extender strap. I still order, get no notification of order processing and then they tell me that I paid for 3-5 days delivery but there is actually also a 3-5 day processing time Total mess of a company

TRThey send to another address (country) my package I´m from México and i was doing my research for worldwide shipping i email them before i purchase kineon, I had to ask them by email for my package because in 2 weeks they can never sent it. I pay for international shipping and the Navidium protection and i put my address which is in Cancún, Mexico. UPS says that my package was delivered today and i had no package in my building, i enter to the page and i saw that the put another address. I had the screenshots where i put my address. This is an investment and its not a cheap device. I dont know what happend with my package!

GBFinally pain free days after over a year of injury I've been dealing with what I think is a torn miniscus in my left knee since August 2022, so over a year. I've been thru cycles of it getting less painful only to end up almost back where it started when I initially injured it. I have never had any pain free days since the injury. I have been using the kineon device for almost 2 weeks now and I have been able to do step ups, leg extensions, and squats without any pain this week, something that hasn't happened in over a year. (I have even been doing most of the knees over toes program) Its still early, but definitely progress!!
