I then discovered to use it on the back, I need an extender strap. I still order, get no notification of order processing and then they tell me that I paid for 3-5 days delivery but there is actually also a 3-5 day processing time Total mess of a company

You are annoying and unprofessional I never got a response for my question, yet I keep on being asked by your robot to give a review about the help I got, which was None. Please stop sending these emails and pestering potential customer. It is more than annoying. Please remove me from your database

Quick replacement of broken module and excellent user results I have a broken module and they are sending me an replacement. Excellent customer service. The Move Pro+ has been a game changer for. My left knee has torn meniscus on both sides and I was taking both Celebrex and Tramadol to keep the pain manageable. I started using Move+ (V1.0) when it first became available on their crowd funding site months ago. Using it made an immediate improvement and I was quickly able to stop all pain medications. Have since moved on to the new Pro model and it has several user improvements. I use the Move Pro each morning while reading the newspaper. Rarely have knee pain now.
