Finally pain free days after over a year of injury I've been dealing with what I think is a torn miniscus in my left knee since August 2022, so over a year. I've been thru cycles of it getting less painful only to end up almost back where it started when I initially injured it. I have never had any pain free days since the injury. I have been using the kineon device for almost 2 weeks now and I have been able to do step ups, leg extensions, and squats without any pain this week, something that hasn't happened in over a year. (I have even been doing most of the knees over toes program) Its still early, but definitely progress!!

Great Noticing a lot of benefits in my mental and physical well being. Wounds seem to be healing quicker. Very responsive and helpful staff. Great value compared to paying for individual red light therapy sessions. Only complaint is the strap being small and hard to use which they have told me is being fixed soon via a new bigger strap.

Very good product, hard to use This product is very good technically. Several peer reviews tap this as the deepest penetration for joint and tissue issues. It is very targeted so you need to move ie several times if you are treating an area. My biggest complaint is their strap system. Hard to adjust and inadequate for larger areas. They sell additional straps but for the price paid they should be included.

Problem Solved Quickly One of the modules came apart when I took it out of the battery charger. I contacted Kineon and immediately I was queried as to it's condition and it's role with the other two modules. I responded and very quickly they told me that a new module would be forthcoming. Excellent customer service. Thank you Kineon!

They send to another address (country) my package I´m from México and i was doing my research for worldwide shipping i email them before i purchase kineon, I had to ask them by email for my package because in 2 weeks they can never sent it. I pay for international shipping and the Navidium protection and i put my address which is in Cancún, Mexico. UPS says that my package was delivered today and i had no package in my building, i enter to the page and i saw that the put another address. I had the screenshots where i put my address. This is an investment and its not a cheap device. I dont know what happend with my package!
