Click Bait? Received an email yesterday with a $50 off code which did not work. Accidentally hit submit in the middle of the night when checking for the 10th time to see if it started working, so I didn’t get the discount promised.

Great Customer Service Great Customer Service, so far I have not received the order that I have placed awhile ago, simply because my parcel has gone missing in transit. Kineon with their great customer service has since replaced the lost order, however I have yet to receive it. One of their CS (Reginald) was very helpful in everyway, has helped me sorted out the missing parcel. GREAT JOB.

Very good product, hard to use This product is very good technically. Several peer reviews tap this as the deepest penetration for joint and tissue issues. It is very targeted so you need to move ie several times if you are treating an area. My biggest complaint is their strap system. Hard to adjust and inadequate for larger areas. They sell additional straps but for the price paid they should be included.

I’ve just started to use the Kineon I’ve just started to use the Kineon, wasn’t sure if I may use the devise 15min a session, although on multiple body parts throughout the day, was thrilled to receive the prompt positive answer from Kineon team. Coupon confusion They said $50 off and sent me a coupon that didn’t work. I contacted them about this and they ignored it. Had my wife send email and phone number to get her own $50 off code and they never sent her anything. Still concerned, but I was eventually contacted by customer support. Hopefully getting things sorted out.
