When I asked questions I got prompt… When I asked questions I got prompt answers. And the answers always addressed my issues. The responses I received were always from a place of interest and concern. I only regret that you guys don't have an associated phone number...but, then, if you did you'd have to quadruple your staff to deal with people like me who have spent a lifetime talking for a living! Beyond that you are all great!! I received my MOVE+ three days ago and have already begun to improve in the pain level and mobility on my shoulder. I'm hopefully looking forward to further improvement to the point of complete recovery from a torn rotator cuff injury.

Great Customer Service Great Customer Service, so far I have not received the order that I have placed awhile ago, simply because my parcel has gone missing in transit. Kineon with their great customer service has since replaced the lost order, however I have yet to receive it. One of their CS (Reginald) was very helpful in everyway, has helped me sorted out the missing parcel. GREAT JOB.

I’ve just started to use the Kineon I’ve just started to use the Kineon, wasn’t sure if I may use the devise 15min a session, although on multiple body parts throughout the day, was thrilled to receive the prompt positive answer from Kineon team. Problem Solved Quickly One of the modules came apart when I took it out of the battery charger. I contacted Kineon and immediately I was queried as to it's condition and it's role with the other two modules. I responded and very quickly they told me that a new module would be forthcoming. Excellent customer service. Thank you Kineon!

Customer service was quick to respond Customer service was quick to respond! I’m using the units 3 times a day for 15 minutes on my knee. Hope this maximizes the chances of the meniscus tear being able to heal. I know meniscus heals very slowly, if at all. I’m also trying shockwave therapy and Bioptron along with Kineon. Thanks!
