Second one great. … So … the second kit I brought direct from Sinocare is super (quick delivery and works efficiently in 5 second count down). Unfortunately the first one I brought about two months ago was via Amazon but I didn’t open It and try it for 5 weeks and the meter didn’t work. After 30 days too late to return via Amazon so I just ordered the second. Now to figure how to return my Anaxon Sinocare purchase (not obvious) do that I have a share.

The blood glucose meter which I received is not working! The blood glucose meter which I received does not seem to be working. When I switch it on, pressing button M, the screen shows three bars. Pressing buttons D and C has no effect on the screen display. Can you please advise me on what to do?

AQ UG DEFECT Hi, this is already the second Safe AQ UG device I get from Amazon that is faulty. It does not detect blood urea data. I have not found your warranty or repair center in Europe.
