Slow to inform customer of progress. The item purchased is in itself good quality and performs well. The problem for me was lack of information related to confirmation of order, subsequent information related to status of order and lack of clarity about who it was being delivered by and when.

The meter did arrive at time The meter did arrive at time. I have had some difficulties to get the first result but your responses on my questions were quick and helpful. Your user manual is a little bit confusing need more explanation on the difference of the blood channels from ric acid and glucose strips. It's a pity that that the units on the meter are not customizable. I did not pay attention during the order of my meter I got one with the units mmol so that i have to do the calculation to mg everytime. N.B. In your order document it's noticed that orders inside EU would be with the mg units and for UK in mmol. Luxembourg is part of the EU

Second one great. … So … the second kit I brought direct from Sinocare is super (quick delivery and works efficiently in 5 second count down). Unfortunately the first one I brought about two months ago was via Amazon but I didn’t open It and try it for 5 weeks and the meter didn’t work. After 30 days too late to return via Amazon so I just ordered the second. Now to figure how to return my Anaxon Sinocare purchase (not obvious) do that I have a share.
