The following morning I had the answer and placed the order directly through them not realising I’d made a mistake. They emailed me back to query my order and pointed out my possible error. Second one great. … So … the second kit I brought direct from Sinocare is super (quick delivery and works efficiently in 5 second count down). Unfortunately the first one I brought about two months ago was via Amazon but I didn’t open It and try it for 5 weeks and the meter didn’t work. After 30 days too late to return via Amazon so I just ordered the second. Now to figure how to return my Anaxon Sinocare purchase (not obvious) do that I have a share.
