Your user manual is a little bit confusing need more explanation on the difference of the blood channels from ric acid and glucose strips. It's a pity that that the units on the meter are not customizable. I did not pay attention during the order of my meter I got one with the units mmol so that i have to do the calculation to mg everytime. N.B. In your order document it's noticed that orders inside EU would be with the mg units and for UK in mmol. Luxembourg is part of the EU

AQ UG DEFECT Hi, this is already the second Safe AQ UG device I get from Amazon that is faulty. It does not detect blood urea data. I have not found your warranty or repair center in Europe.

Damaged Goods. Still not received the order after six days have elapsed. Package arrived on sixth day- damaged. Goods inside were intact only outer packaging damaged.
