GBThe blood glucose meter which I received is not working! The blood glucose meter which I received does not seem to be working. When I switch it on, pressing button M, the screen shows three bars. Pressing buttons D and C has no effect on the screen display. Can you please advise me on what to do?

GBSlow to inform customer of progress. The item purchased is in itself good quality and performs well. The problem for me was lack of information related to confirmation of order, subsequent information related to status of order and lack of clarity about who it was being delivered by and when.
