GBTerrible product and system … I have 94 year old dad and 92 year old mom. Tried a number of safety devices. Best overall is lively mobile. We found the fall detection to be less than perfect so tried silvertree. Terrible!!! First not really clear how it works. You cannot talk to human. Overly sensitive goes off 3 x a day false alarm. Apple Watch better than this !!!

GBWe love the look of this product and the peace of mind we have knowing there is an option for our mother to reach out for help… We love the look of this product and all of the features offered. Our only complaint is that the battery on the wrist band was advertised to last up to two weeks and we do not find that to be true. We do not even get a full week it. We have to pay attention to the battery life on the app because our mother does not really know how to manage this.

GBGreat for my outdoorsy mom My mom is very active - she regularly kayaks and spends time on the water. But, she fell and broke her foot last summer just getting the mail. Her phone was inside and the thought of her crawling back inside still haunts me. She is by no means frail so other options seemed too demeaning for her. Silvertree is way more in line with her lifestyle (and ego!)

GBWork in progress The silvertree bracelet is good, But needs adjusting as the alarm will activate on its own frequently at least 2 - 3 times a week and cannot be de activated easily. Is this a first run bracelet. I understand that you are trying to correct the sensitivity issues. Can you readjust mine in the future? Thank you. Linda Guarente

GBElectronics is not my forte Electronics is not my forte. Silvertree bracelet activates if I move my arms a lot. This happened when I could not cancel SOS by lightly pressing button twice and did not have my mobile with near me. At least I knew it works as my Team replied immediately to me. When I explained to Jason how difficult it is for me to press the button twice. He said they were working on that same issue and would be a couple weeks for a resolution. I am both impressed and pleased each time I interact with Jason. Jason takes his time and explains each step and is most helpful. Even my team have commented on him.
