GBthe customer service is fantastic the customer service is fantastic. they will get you thru anything and solve all and any problems you may experience. i was intimidated by the technology at first but now perfect with it all. love the design of the device and so comfortable to wear. most folks think i am wearing an exercise device ! so happy with it.

GBWe love the look of this product and the peace of mind we have knowing there is an option for our mother to reach out for help… We love the look of this product and all of the features offered. Our only complaint is that the battery on the wrist band was advertised to last up to two weeks and we do not find that to be true. We do not even get a full week it. We have to pay attention to the battery life on the app because our mother does not really know how to manage this.

GBSo far I have not had an emergency with… So far I have not had an emergency with my Silvertree, thank God. I took advantage of yearly rate for monitoring. Customer service has been prompt and helpful. Poor battery life, am allergic to the wrist band causing itchy rash. Comfortable to wear tho. Will reconsider at the end of year subscription as I am concerned at the lack of a microphone in wrist unit.
