So far I have not had an emergency with… So far I have not had an emergency with my Silvertree, thank God. I took advantage of yearly rate for monitoring. Customer service has been prompt and helpful. Poor battery life, am allergic to the wrist band causing itchy rash. Comfortable to wear tho. Will reconsider at the end of year subscription as I am concerned at the lack of a microphone in wrist unit.

Leanna was an absolute delight to work… Leanna was an absolute delight to work with. She responded to my emails very fast and helped me get my new Reach setup properly. She is definitely an asset to Silvertree.

Great discreet safety device My husband has been wearing his Silvertree watch for a few weeks now. It has helped me feel less stressed about him when I’m away from home knowing that Silvertree can detect a fall. The only problem we’ve had is the number of times he has accidentally set it off. The good thing is that he can quickly press buttons on the watch that will cancel a false alarm. I feel much better that he can get emergency services quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend Silvertree to others.

Great Concept - Needs a Few Enhancements Bought this for my MIL as an alternative to the pendant-style fall detection monitors. She loves that it is a watch style. Being visually impaired, the text alerts if she sets off the system do not work for her. She needs a phone call. Monitor does seem super-sensitive. The 15-seconds for her to quell alarm if it thinks she fell is not a long enough window for a visually impaired senior to react. Also, many of her friends were interested in this system but quickly became disinterested when they realized it didn’t also function as a watch.

Work in progress The silvertree bracelet is good, But needs adjusting as the alarm will activate on its own frequently at least 2 - 3 times a week and cannot be de activated easily. Is this a first run bracelet. I understand that you are trying to correct the sensitivity issues. Can you readjust mine in the future? Thank you. Linda Guarente
