The ordering process was confusing and… The ordering process was confusing and I ended up ordering 2 units when I only need one. It kept repeating request for information which apparently led to having 2 orders submitted.

Biggest issue is that the device really…needs a watch built in Biggest issue is that the device really needs a digital watch built in. Nothing fancy, but it’s taking up all of the wrist real estate for a generation that relies on watches.

Work in progress The silvertree bracelet is good, But needs adjusting as the alarm will activate on its own frequently at least 2 - 3 times a week and cannot be de activated easily. Is this a first run bracelet. I understand that you are trying to correct the sensitivity issues. Can you readjust mine in the future? Thank you. Linda Guarente

Connection problem Connection problem Leanna was a very friendly and patient person. She made me feel comfortable when I explained my problem and was able to solve it by guiding me every step of the way. Because I had to have a new cell phone and not all the info was transferred.

Not good for someone who is active I have had 6 false alarms all while doing everyday tasks such as brushing teeth, vacuuming, driving. My contact person has issues connecting to the site to cancel the alarms. I usually don’t feel the vibrations so I am not able to cancel it myself. The battery only lasts 3-4 days. It might be good for someone who sits in a chair all day.
