GBLike the stylish of the Watch but … Like the stylish of the Watch and come with GPS, and no limit members for your care team. Dislike the battery life is not as long lasting as the ads indicated. Sometimes the battery level drops incredibly fast (less than 24hrs from 100% to less than 15%). Dislike the tech support in not available seven days, only Mon-Fri daytime. Hope in the future has more function such as dates and time show on the watch, long last and more stability of the battery and more availability from the support team to solve the issue ASAP.

GBThe ordering process was confusing and… The ordering process was confusing and I ended up ordering 2 units when I only need one. It kept repeating request for information which apparently led to having 2 orders submitted.

GBThere was a knock on my door There was a knock on my door, I opened it to find three firemen outside. Apparently my reach, unbeknownst to me had sent off an alarm. Neither my Reach, watch or phone were anywhere near me since I was giving the dog a bath. I had missed all the messages from Silvertree, hence the Firemen turning up. I was quite embarrassed but also grateful to know that the system works. Still don't understand why it went off, though.

GBthe customer service is fantastic the customer service is fantastic. they will get you thru anything and solve all and any problems you may experience. i was intimidated by the technology at first but now perfect with it all. love the design of the device and so comfortable to wear. most folks think i am wearing an exercise device ! so happy with it.
