Terrible product and system … I have 94 year old dad and 92 year old mom. Tried a number of safety devices. Best overall is lively mobile. We found the fall detection to be less than perfect so tried silvertree. Terrible!!! First not really clear how it works. You cannot talk to human. Overly sensitive goes off 3 x a day false alarm. Apple Watch better than this !!!

We love the look of this product and the peace of mind we have knowing there is an option for our mother to reach out for help… We love the look of this product and all of the features offered. Our only complaint is that the battery on the wrist band was advertised to last up to two weeks and we do not find that to be true. We do not even get a full week it. We have to pay attention to the battery life on the app because our mother does not really know how to manage this.

Work in progress The silvertree bracelet is good, But needs adjusting as the alarm will activate on its own frequently at least 2 - 3 times a week and cannot be de activated easily. Is this a first run bracelet. I understand that you are trying to correct the sensitivity issues. Can you readjust mine in the future? Thank you. Linda Guarente

the customer service is fantastic the customer service is fantastic. they will get you thru anything and solve all and any problems you may experience. i was intimidated by the technology at first but now perfect with it all. love the design of the device and so comfortable to wear. most folks think i am wearing an exercise device ! so happy with it.
