Great Customer Service. The item I ordered was temporarily out of stock. I was promptly informed of that situation via email and had all my questions quickly answered. Their estimated new delivery date was accurate- the item actually arrived a little earlier than estimated- and I even received a 10% discount on the price for my “inconvenience” I was very pleased with their excellent customer service.

Helpful delivery man. The delivery man was terrific. He offered to bring in the lift and took it to the room we showed him. As two people with physical challenges, that was really helpful!

Indeed Lift is Better Than Expected I needed a lift for an elderly relative who has experienced frequent falls. After researching several, I purchased the lift from Liveoakmed. I connected via chat with a customer service rep who answered all of my questions and even reassured me of the shipping and delivery dates--which were right on time.
