AUWonderful buying experience About a fortnight ago two beautiful canes were delivered at my home address. The delivery was exactly on the estimated day and 4 hours before the estimated time. The canes were properly packed for safe transport (against damage of the items). The canes arrived in perfect condition: No scratches and no lose parts! I cannot fault the items at all. Both canes have a good feel in my hand and are a great support for my daily walks. On top of that it looks so fashionable. Today I am a proud owner of three fashionable canes, one also that I bought two years ago.

GBCrappy company Ordered cane paid for shipping that was guaranteed in 2 days delivery and received cane 5 days later. Asked for return in shipping and denied 3 times. Last response from fashionable canes was “ if you needed your product earlier you should have ordered it earlier “. They denied refund on shipping fee again. When someone pays for something they expect to get what they pay for. This is not how you stay in business. False advertisement so be careful who you use

GBSo far it's been a positive experience They had what I was looking for it was very educational and insightful as to what their product was the company seems to be nice inappropriate they seem to be on point as far as sending out their shipments I have not yet received my shipment but they're following it quite well I enjoy the fact that they send me messages of the tracking to keep me informed of when I'm going to get my shipment and the rapid response to my messages And they've also been very helpful at answering my questions
