BEST Customer Service! Fashionable Canes has the BEST customer service! I had an issue with a cane I purchased as a Christmas present and Kate was an absolute joy to work with. Kate was very understanding and was able to resole my issue quickly. Fashionable Canes will now be my Go-To for canes in the future.

If I have to use a cane, this one is the best I've tried. The Royal Canes oak cane with the Fritz handle is attractive, comfortable, and seems very sturdy. I appreciate the sale price and the free sizing (along with the sizing instructions on the website, which are better than those on other cane sites.) Shipping was a bit high and I was not pleased with the unhelpful Fedex tracking, but the USPS finally delivered my cane, so I'm satisfied.

Returned this item to fashionable for a… Returned this item to fashionable for a refund . Item was received and notification given that refund would be processed in 3 to 5 days. It has been almost 10 days and I'm still waiting for my refund of over $250. There is only 1 person answering the phone and the logistics of how this business works is ridiculous. It seems there may not be more than 2 or 3 employees total so if you're looking for anything timely customer beware. I certainly would never do business with him again.
