Returned this item to fashionable for a… Returned this item to fashionable for a refund . Item was received and notification given that refund would be processed in 3 to 5 days. It has been almost 10 days and I'm still waiting for my refund of over $250. There is only 1 person answering the phone and the logistics of how this business works is ridiculous. It seems there may not be more than 2 or 3 employees total so if you're looking for anything timely customer beware. I certainly would never do business with him again.

So far it's been a positive experience They had what I was looking for it was very educational and insightful as to what their product was the company seems to be nice inappropriate they seem to be on point as far as sending out their shipments I have not yet received my shipment but they're following it quite well I enjoy the fact that they send me messages of the tracking to keep me informed of when I'm going to get my shipment and the rapid response to my messages And they've also been very helpful at answering my questions

If I have to use a cane, this one is the best I've tried. The Royal Canes oak cane with the Fritz handle is attractive, comfortable, and seems very sturdy. I appreciate the sale price and the free sizing (along with the sizing instructions on the website, which are better than those on other cane sites.) Shipping was a bit high and I was not pleased with the unhelpful Fedex tracking, but the USPS finally delivered my cane, so I'm satisfied.

selection and customer service cant be beat! Neèding a cane can be humbling and depressing. Fashionable Canes adds a huge amount of fun and acceptance and I highly recommend them!
