Crappy company Ordered cane paid for shipping that was guaranteed in 2 days delivery and received cane 5 days later. Asked for return in shipping and denied 3 times. Last response from fashionable canes was “ if you needed your product earlier you should have ordered it earlier “. They denied refund on shipping fee again. When someone pays for something they expect to get what they pay for. This is not how you stay in business. False advertisement so be careful who you use

BEST Customer Service! Fashionable Canes has the BEST customer service! I had an issue with a cane I purchased as a Christmas present and Kate was an absolute joy to work with. Kate was very understanding and was able to resole my issue quickly. Fashionable Canes will now be my Go-To for canes in the future.

Canes can be Dramatic... This is the 4th cane I have purchased from Fashionable Canes. Frankly this one was a gift, and other than trying to find where to flag a spot to fill out a note to the recipient, the experience was flawless..
