Crappy company Ordered cane paid for shipping that was guaranteed in 2 days delivery and received cane 5 days later. Asked for return in shipping and denied 3 times. Last response from fashionable canes was “ if you needed your product earlier you should have ordered it earlier “. They denied refund on shipping fee again. When someone pays for something they expect to get what they pay for. This is not how you stay in business. False advertisement so be careful who you use

If I have to use a cane, this one is the best I've tried. The Royal Canes oak cane with the Fritz handle is attractive, comfortable, and seems very sturdy. I appreciate the sale price and the free sizing (along with the sizing instructions on the website, which are better than those on other cane sites.) Shipping was a bit high and I was not pleased with the unhelpful Fedex tracking, but the USPS finally delivered my cane, so I'm satisfied.

First impressions matter. I made a mistake on my very first order and with minutes on the phone the order was changed. Great customer service and I have every reason to expect the delivery of a quality product. Looking forward to receiving my new cane. Thank you
