So far it's been a positive experience They had what I was looking for it was very educational and insightful as to what their product was the company seems to be nice inappropriate they seem to be on point as far as sending out their shipments I have not yet received my shipment but they're following it quite well I enjoy the fact that they send me messages of the tracking to keep me informed of when I'm going to get my shipment and the rapid response to my messages And they've also been very helpful at answering my questions

I love that I was able to semi-customize my cane and I'm happy with the Ebony wood with the stainless steel collar, and the blue round knob with the EGA on top. I also ordered the Fritz Oak wood cane with the brass collar, it looks great!
