CAA lesson learned I enjoyed browsing the products online, and it is inspiring to see so many beautiful products for pets and it makes you excited to want to spoil and pamper your pets... The reality of receiving the actual products was ultimately a bit disappointing. I suddenly realized the reviews on their website were not to be trusted. The rug I received had multiple reviews saying no shedding and how great a rug it is... When I ran my hand through it, it was as though I had glue on me, there were so many loose long polyester fibers coming off of it and getting everywhere! Just imagine how many would have ended up in my baby's digestive tract if I kept it! It is not enough to offer only a 30% discount in cases like this. I will be mailing it back and not sure yet how much the shipping will cost. The other is a bed I got, and overall I do like it a lot. However, the way the memory foam pad was packaged, left some slight creases on it even after letting it decompress for 24+ hours, and there had been a yellow stain mark on it. For a company that claims to be all about our pets and wanting the best for them, you will learn it is very deceiving. The actual quality and service you receive from them will tell you how much that is just not the case and that you've been scammed! It's not a good feeling, and since they no longer have my trust, I will NOT be ordering from them again! Once I finally had the idea to google search how trustworthy the company is and found it on here.. it's all making sense to me. If only I had thought to check this sooner! A lesson learned.

GBAVOID!! Absolute joke This company is awful. Products are faulty and they ignore emails about returns. They are really overpriced and communication is horrendous. The most productive part of their company must be the person they hire to remove all the negative comments on Facebook and block you!

GBVery dishonest company Very dishonest company. I'm concerned, at this point, that they have taken my money. They offered expedited shipping at checkout that said 1-3 business days. They haven't even shipped my package yet and it's well past the shipping guarantee. Buyer beware

GBExceeded expectations After reading all of the negative reviews, I was terrified about the quality and whether we would even receive the blankets. Well, they arrived today, and wow—they are GREAT! They are thick and super soft! Hopefully, they will hold up over time, but we are super happy with them for now. No need to worry if you are on the fence.

GBUpdate on refund from FunnyFuzzy I liked the cofa cover in Sherpa fleece so ordered another two and unfortunately (totally my fault) ordered the wrong size! I thought I would wait for a refund before ordering a replacement order in the correct size but unfortunately have experienced the same problem as previous customers. Despite returning with a tracking number I was then asked for photographic evidence that the products were as new. I have chased up the company for my refund and they say they are looking into it?????? I am not convinced I will ever get a refund! Has anyone else ever received a refund from them??????? 17th April 2024 I have just received an apology and confirmation that my refund has been authorised. Let’s hope the customer service is improving! 🤞
